F-500 Encapsulating Agent
The overly complicated explanation!
STOP USING FOAM!!!
F-500 is NOT foam.
Safe extinguishment of Class A, B, D and Lithium Ion Fires
Fire Retardant
No Foam blanket required
Render flammable liquids non-flammable and non-explosive
Stop thermal runaway
Encapsulate Toxic Off Gases
60% Less Water without generating steam
Works on a Chemical Molecular Level changing the composition of plain water.
Environmental Compliance
It’s important to note that Encapsulator Agents do not contain any fluorinated active ingredients reportable under the Superfund Amendments, Re-authorization Act (SARA) Title III, Section 313, or Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation Liability Act (CERCLA). The shelf life of the F-500 Encapsulator Agent is 15 years. It can be discarded as a non-hazardous waste under RCRA CFR261.
Premier Fire Supression
Only Available in Nebraska
Available in:
10 Oz. Bottles
5 Gallon Pail
55 Gallon Drum
250, 275, or 330 Gallon Tote
Tire Pile Extinguishment
Pay attention to the process. Only utilizing a water can with F-500EA premixed with a misting wand.
Watch the elimination of off-gases from black to tan to white.
How much time on scene was spent vs using plain water?
Vehicle Burn
Rapid knockdown, rapid heat reduction, and Class D Magnesium from steering column.
Extinguished using a TKO Nozzle, but Foam System or Eductor would have same effect.
Used 30 gallons of water to extiguish the car fire.
Wildfire Applications
Easily perform tank mix for 1% application. No foam system required.
Can utilize in Scotty Packs and water cans.
Can be used with on-board foam systems and foam eductors.
Excellent fire retardant properties.
Burn Back Resistance
This demonstration shows the remarkable ability of F-500 EA to provide Burn Back resistance. Twenty pallets are stacked; half are pretreated with 1% F-500 Encapsulator Agent. The treated pallets will not burn. Even a 2000 degree torch can't ignite them.
