Career Journey and Expertise
Jeff’s professional journey began with a decade of service in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Technician, working on the RC-135 airframe of reconnaissance electronics. This foundational experience, combined with years of hands-on expertise in the emergency sector, has equipped Jeff with a comprehensive understanding of emergency equipment and apparatus. His skills encompass product development, quality assurance, and customer service, and his keen eye for innovation and detail has ensured that Danko Emergency Equipment remains a leader in the industry.
Community Engagement and Leadership
Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff is known for his active involvement in community programs. He contributed as past Chairperson of the Howells Community Fund, served as a board member for the Howells Ballroom, and holds the rank of Fire Chief for the Howells Volunteer Fire Department. His dedication to community service underscores his commitment to public safety and welfare.
Personal Interests
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeff enjoys woodworking, golfing, and gardening. He cherishes spending time with his wife, Deb, their teenage daughter, Isabella, his older daughters, and five grandchildren. Additionally, Jeff takes pride in his son Carter, who is attending KCU to attain his doctorate.

His extensive experience in firefighting enhances his capability to effectively collaborate with customers, while his EMS background is invaluable for ambulance services. Married for 23 years, Eric has raised two children who are now adults and recently celebrated becoming a grandparent. As the Kansas Apparatus Sales Professional, his future goals include providing high-quality apparatus, ambulances, and equipment. Interestingly, Eric also has a background in driving Monster Trucks.

INDIANA - Equipment Sales
Eric Foreman has dedicated over twenty-five years to the fire service and currently holds the position of Chief at the Jackson Township Fire Department in Camden, Indiana.
Eight years ago, Eric began his career in the fire truck and equipment industry, focusing on serving the north central and western parts of Indiana. He joined the Danko team in 2024. Together with Jason Cree and Kurt Davis, Eric co-founded E&J Fire Service and Sales, based in Camden, Indiana, amassing a collective 65 years of service.
Eric lives in Camden, IN, with his wife and three children. In addition to his professional commitments, he also farms with his family in Carroll County.
ILLINOIS - Equipment Sales - North
Brandon brings over 20 years of fire service experience to Danko, having worked for four Chicagoland area fire departments between 1998 and 2018, with a notable stint at Argonne National Laboratory. He concluded his career as an Advanced Firefighter, Paramedic, and Hazardous Materials Rescue Technician Level B, while also serving as a Liaison to the Statewide Terrorism Intelligence Center in Springfield, Illinois.
Originally from the West Side of Chicago, Brandon now resides in Rural Illinois with his four children, including a12-year-old and 8-year-old triplets. In addition to being actively involved in coaching his children's soccer teams, he has a passion for music, history, archaeology, and holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Reflecting on his career, Brandon considers firefighting as the greatest honor of his life and expresses his dedication to providing first responders with top-quality equipment as his driving passion.
ILLINOIS - Equipment Sales - North East
Dan Cromp has had a successful career in the fire service. He started at the young age of 15 and volunteered in various positions within his hometown department, including Firefighter, Firefighter/Paramedic, Engineer, Training Captain, and eventually Assistant Chief. He has also had the opportunity to work as a Field Staff Instructor for the University of Illinois Fire Service Institute and as an adjunct instructor for the College of DuPage and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia Southern University. After 30 years of service, Dan retired as Assistant Chief of the Braidwood Fire Protection District in 2018.
Currently, he is working for Alexis Fire Equipment as an Apparatus Sales Representative, with a specific focus on PL Custom Ambulance and Ambulance remount sales. Additionally, he represents Danko for loose equipment needs.
Dan resides in Braidwood, IL with his wife Regena and they have two adult children. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his family, going camping, and taking care of his three dogs.
ILLINOIS - Equipment Sales - North West
Bennett Riber has accumulated over 14 years of experience in the fire service. Currently, he holds the positions of Captain and Paramedic in the Kewanee Fire Department, located in central Illinois. In addition to his operational role, he also serves as the President of his Local Union. While Bennett has previous experience in the Industrial Fire service, he is relatively new to Fire Service sales. Outside of work, Bennett and his wife Samantha are devoted parents to their three boys: Roman, Abel, and Odin. By taking on a sales role with Danko, Bennett sees it as an opportunity to contribute back to the Fire Service. He is enthusiastic about working with you and your department to enhance safety measures and improve overall efficiency.
COLORADO - Ambulance, Apparatus & Equipment Sales
Bryan joins Danko with over 20 years of professional sales and executive management experience. His career accomplishments include Technical Sales Engineer, District Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Miller Electric, an Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Company. He founded Matrix Management Systems, LLC, a consulting firm focused on assisting manufacturing companies establish their sales and market dominance. In 2017 Bryan focused his efforts on Colorado Companies working closely with start-ups needing professional coaching, midsized companies accelerating their growth, and coaching owners on how to scale their businesses.
Bryan will be based out of Firestone, CO where he lives with his wife Diane. He has 4 adult children and 12 grandchildren. He comes to Danko with professional experience in equipment manufacturing, sales management, and strategic business consulting.
NEBRASKA - SOUTH DAKOTA - Apparatus Sales
Jeff has over 30 years of firefighter service with the Schuyler and Fullerton Fire Departments and Rescue Squads. Jeff is currently a member of the Fullerton Volunteer Fire Department and Fullerton Rescue and holds the rank as Fire Chief. Jeff is a member of the Nebraska State Volunteer Firefighter’s Association and serves as a member of the Fire School Committee. He also one of the directors with the Nebraska Fire Chief’s association. Jeff also has past experience in law enforcement.
Jeff came to Danko with 4 years sales experience in the ambulance industry. Jeff and his wife Cindy have three children; twins, Justin and Paige, and a son, Kyle. They reside in Fullerton, Nebraska.
NEBRASKA - Equipment Sales - Western Nebraska
Gary has 17 years of experience in the first responder industry and lives in Cozad, Nebraska. With a passion for community service and a growing interest in all things fire, Gary turned his volunteer work into a career. He is a member of Cozad Fire & Rescue, including three years as chief, asst chief, training officer, and assistant rescue chief before joining the fire equipment dealer Danko Emergency Equipment in 2009. You can find him on his Harley or falling through the ice at his local fishing hole when he is not at work.
NEBRASKA - SOUTH DAKOTA - Northwest IOWA - Equipment Sales - Eastern Nebraska
Ross has 20 years of experience in the first responder industry and lives in Plainview, Nebraska. Ross has been a member of Plainview Fire & Rescue since August of 2003. He joined because of a desire to help the community and become involved. (He was actually single and needed something to do), This grew into a position with the Nebraska Fire Marshal’s office as a part time instructor in 2011, holding certifications of FFI, FFII, Instructor I, Hazmat Operations, Fire Officer I, and Apparatus Driver/Operator/Pump. Ross has held ranks of training officer and assistant chief in his local fire department. Ross Joined Danko in May of 2020. Ross enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family.
NEBRASKA - Equipment Sales - Metro Omaha & Surrounding Area
Stan has 33 years of experience in the industry and lives in Ashland, Nebraska. Passion for the fire service is an understatement, as Stan’s love of the industry is second to none. Stan started as a volunteer firefighter for Ashland Fire Department in 1987. He attended Southeast Community College and received a degree in Fire Protection Technology. Stan accepted his first paid job as a professional firefighter for Elkhorn Fire Department in 1996, was promoted to Captain in 1998, in 1998 he was hired as a part time instructor for Nebraska State Fire Marshal’s office. In 2007 Elkhorn was annexed and Stan has been part of Omaha’s technical rescue team since then. In 2009 he was hired by the Nebraska Task Force One USAR Team. Some USAR deployments include, Hurricanes in Florida and Texas, and a Tornado in Oklahoma. Stan continues as a professional firefighter with Omaha Fire & Rescue and has been with Danko Emergency Equipment for over 10 years. Stan is an avid deer hunter when the season allows. Stan is also a volunteer firefighter and the training office on Ashland Fire Department.
IOWA - Equipment Sales - Eastern Iowa
Chris is a firefighter with over 20 yrs of experience in firefighting. He currently holds the position of Chief of the Fairbank Fire Department. Chris holds certifications in FF2, Driver Ops, and EMR along with multiple certifications in various classes and programs such as water rescue, grain bin rescue, and interior fire attack to name a few.
Chris came to Danko with 15yrs in the manufacturing industry as an assembler. “Quality products and top-notch service is a must in today’s Industry, whether you are a paid or volunteer service, an EMS Provider or Law Enforcement. Danko has those products to meet those needs.”
In his spare time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Jodi, and their two boys, whether it’s hiking, harvest time, or just enjoying the great outdoors.
IOWA - Equipment Sales - Western Iowa
Monty has over 40 years of firefighting experience and many years of service and sales in the agricultural industry. Monty is the Fire Chief of Hubbard Volunteer Fire Department in Hubbard, IA, and is FF1, FF2, Hazmat, Pump Operator, High Angle Rescue, Grain Bin rescue, and Ice Rescue certified. He has been the Fire Chief since 2002. Monty lives in Hubbard, IA with his wife Karen. They have three adult children and five grandchildren.
IOWA - Equipment Sales - Western Counties bordering Missouri River.
Corbin is a third-generation firefighter having 15 years of experience in the Fire and Emergency Services. After graduating from Clarkson High School, he joined the United States Air Force where he completed two deployments overseas. He currently serves as the Deputy Fire Chief for the Nebraska Air National Guard in Lincoln, NE where they specialize in Aircraft Rescue and Wildland Fire Fighting.
In 2013, he continued his fire experience when he was hired by the Omaha Fire Department. He is currently a Fire Apparatus Engineer within the Omaha Special Operations program that’s trained in Technical and Water Rescue. He was then selected to be a member of FEMA’s Nebraska Task Force 1 in 2018, where he is an Urban Search & Rescue Specialist.
In his spare time Corbin enjoys hunting, the outdoors, but mainly time with his wife Abby, and their twins Axil and Adlee.
MISSOURI - Apparatus & Equipment Sales
Steve joined Danko with over 26 years of firefighter service with the Jamestown Rural Fire Protection District. Steve is Firefighter I & II and Fire Service Instructor I & II certified with the Missouri Division of Fire Safety. Steve comes to Danko with over 18 years in the Automotive Sales/Service Industry. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS in Ag Systems Management. Steve and his wife Courtney and two sons, Keegan and Kendall reside in Jamestown, Missouri. Steve is a current member of National Volunteer Fire Council and the local Lions Club, and past member of the City Council in Jamestown serving for approximately 17 years.
